Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate following appointments.
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They do not expire unless otherwise stated. All product sales are final.
For your safety and the safety of our staff, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be unsafe or inappropriate.
